The much-anticipated Inter-House Senior Cricket Tournament took place on the 18th of January, with all five houses battling it out fiercely. The tournament was a brilliant showcase of teamwork, strategy, and sportsmanship. The players combined strategic brilliance with physical prowess, exemplifying their passion for the game of cricket.
The atmosphere was electric, with cheers ringing out as cricketers gave their all for their respective houses. The matches were marked by some exceptional batting performances, including several powerful shots that sent the ball flying for boundaries and over five sixes, even beyond the campus—a testament to the players’ skill and precision.
In the Senior Section matches, Elphick House emerged as the runners-up, while Thomas House triumphed, securing a well-deserved victory in the finals.
In the Junior Section matches, held on the 20th of January, Thomas House claimed the runners-up position, with Pope House emerging victorious in a thrilling final.
The tournament was a celebration of talent, perseverance, and the indomitable Cottonian spirit.
