Bishop Cotton Boys’ School is proud to announce that Arav Ray of Grade 8H has secured the 1st position in the Risechess Inter-School Chess Championship held on January 18, 2025, under the U-14 category.
Arav showcased exceptional skill and determination, winning 6 out of 7 rounds and drawing 1 round, competing against other FIDE-rated players. His current FIDE rating stands at an impressive 1519, reflecting his dedication to the sport.
Representing the school with pride, Arav has brought glory to Bishop Cotton Boys’ School through his outstanding performance.
