On 21st June 2025, Bishop Cotton Boys’ School marked International Yoga Day with a vibrant session on the Second Eleven Field. Uniformed Services cadets participated with great enthusiasm, guided by Mr. Sam Vijay from the Department of Physical Education.
The session began with a prayer and a meaningful introduction by Mr. Dhiviyanathan J., who highlighted yoga’s role in promoting balance, immunity, and inner peace. Cadets performed a series of asanas and pranayama with poise and discipline.
Graced by the presence of the staff in charge of the Uniformed Services, the event reflected Cottons’ commitment to holistic development through the fusion of tradition and modern education.
