The Annual Training Camp for the second-year Army Wing Cadets was held from 7th to 16th August at the Electronics and ITI Training Centre, Air Force Station, Jalahalli.
Fifty-three cadets, accompanied by their officer-in-charge, Mr. Wilson Sampath Kumar, underwent rigorous training covering Army subjects and common syllabus, including Drill, Weapon Training, Map Reading, Field and Battle Craft, Judging Distance, Health & Hygiene, Cyber Security, Personality Development, and a session by the National Disaster Relief Force.
Our cadets participated with enthusiasm, excelling in various activities and securing laurels in games and track events. The camp offered them a glimpse of Army life and community living, with days beginning before dawn and ending with lights out at 10:00 pm. It instilled discipline, courage, teamwork, and the spirit of service.
We are confident this experience will inspire our boys to live by the motto — Nation First.
