On Saturday, August 31st, 2024, students from the Fine Arts Department of Bishop Cotton Boys’ School attended a workshop at Baldwin Boys’ School, organized by the United World Institute of Design (UID), Gandhinagar. The workshop focused on fostering creativity and innovation through a range of diverse, industry-oriented courses.
The students actively participated in various activities, including product design, fashion design and styling, interior design, sketching, and a fashion show. This immersive experience offered them valuable insights into the high standards of fashion design, cutting-edge design concepts, and the latest trends in revolutionary design education.
The students received praise and recognition for their participation in the fashion show. Notably, the sketches by Ian Thomas and Prateek were acknowledged for their excellence, earning them certificates and gifts in recognition of their outstanding creativity.
The students were accompanied by Mrs. Helen Mary Hemalatha from the Department of Arts. Congratulations to the Fine Arts Department and all the participating students!
