A group of 100 students from Standard 8, representing the NCC (Army Wing), SAFE, SARS, and the Green Brigade, embarked on an adventurous trip to the iconic Sholay filming location in Ramanagara.
We arrived at the camp spot at 10:00 AM and were welcomed with refreshments—vada and a cool welcome drink. After a brief introduction to the day’s activities, the students were divided into four groups and sent to different venues for various adventure challenges, which included:
- Zip Line
- Rappelling
- Jummaring
- Rope Bridge
Post-lunch, the students set off on a 2-kilometre trek through the forest, where they immersed themselves in nature and admired the breathtaking scenery. After the trek, everyone returned to the campsite and enjoyed a lively rain dance session.
Tea and snacks were served at 4:00 PM, following which we departed from the camp and reached the school by 7:00 PM.
