Bishop Cotton Boys’ School participated in the CheckMate Inter School Table Tennis Championship 2026, organised by CheckMate Academy on 9th and 10th July 2026. The Cottonians delivered an exceptional performance, emerging as the Overall Boys’ Champions, while also securing impressive individual honours.
In the individual events, Jinay T. Tilawat (Class 8 I) was crowned the High School Individual Champion, showcasing remarkable skill and consistency throughout the tournament. Suryansh S. Munchandi (Class 4 I) secured Third Place Overall in the Elementary Category, adding another commendable achievement to the school’s tally.
The victorious Overall Boys’ Championship team comprised Jinay T. Tilawat (8 I), Jonathan Swamidass (8 D), Shreyan Sujith (8 F), Ankit Jhawar (7 F), and Suryansh S. Munchandi (4 I), whose collective effort and determination led to this outstanding success.
