A delegation from Bishop Cotton Boys’ School proudly represented the institution at Meridian, the Inter-School Cultural Fest hosted by Bethany High School. Demonstrating exceptional talent, creativity, and teamwork, our students participated enthusiastically in a wide range of cultural events, bringing great pride to the Cottonian family through their outstanding performances.
A major highlight of the fest was the school’s remarkable triumph in Zenith (Battle of the Bands), where the Bishop Cotton Boys’ School ISC Band delivered a captivating performance and was awarded First Prize. The band comprised Harshit S., Joren, Colin, Yohan, Ahil Ali, George, and Emmanuel, whose musical excellence, dedication, and commanding stage presence earned them the top honour.
The school also distinguished itself in Vertex (Bidding Event), where Sai Ravindra, Aadit Daga, and Laksh secured Second Prize with an impressive display of strategic thinking, confidence, and teamwork.
The delegation was ably guided and mentored by Mrs. Sheeba Nancy and Mrs. Sowmya Sahriday of the ISC Cultural Department. Their encouragement, meticulous planning, and unwavering support enabled the students to perform with confidence and distinction. Special appreciation is extended to Mr. Faustin, Music Teacher, for his invaluable guidance, motivation, and dedicated efforts in preparing the school band for the competition.
The achievements at Meridian stand as a testament to the talent, perseverance, and indomitable spirit of the students of Bishop Cotton Boys’ School. The school congratulates all the participants for their enthusiastic involvement and extends its heartfelt appreciation to the prize winners for bringing laurels to the institution and upholding the proud traditions of Cottons.
