The students of Grades X and XII attended an enriching workshop on Stress Management and the Neuroscience of Examinations, conducted by Dr. Debmita Dutta, a renowned parenting and wellness expert.
Dr. Dutta’s engaging session combined humour, scientific insight, and relatable anecdotes to address challenges such as performance anxiety, peer pressure, and exam stress. She explained the neurobiological processes that impact learning and performance, offering students practical strategies to stay calm, focused, and resilient during examinations.
The interactive Q&A that followed gave students an opportunity to voice their concerns and gain clarity on how to approach their board preparations with confidence.
