Bridging Continents: US University Delegates Inspire Academic Ambitions

The students of Grade XII, Bishop Cotton Boys’ School, had the privilege of attending an enriching Career Counselling Session with representatives from 13 leading universities across the United States, opening doors to global academic opportunities.
The programme began with a Bible reading and prayer, followed by the warm welcome of the visiting delegates. Mr. Rohit, Manager at UnivAssist, delivered an insightful presentation on scholarships, internships, and academic frameworks, highlighting the transformative potential of international education.
Faculty representatives from each university then introduced their institutions, outlining programmes, majors, and campus life. Students also engaged in one-on-one interactions at dedicated university desks, gaining clarity on application processes and study-abroad pathways.
Held at the Sesquicentennial Hall, the event saw enthusiastic participation, equipping students with knowledge and confidence to pursue higher education overseas.
