A, B, C, D, E... Wait a moment. It's not about learning the English alphabet. It's about the essential ingredients necessary to maintain our health, because health is not just wealth; it is a fundamental aspect of our lives.

The recent Fruits Week celebration was a delightful and educational event that brought together students, teachers, and parents in a colourful celebration of healthy eating habits. The week commenced with an enthusiastic response as students showcased their interest by bringing fruits to school, setting the tone for the rest of the week with an atmosphere of excitement.

Each day of Fruits Week was dedicated to highlighting a different fruit, with informative sessions conducted by teachers and students. Students learned about the nutritional benefits of fruits such as apples, oranges, grapes, chikoo and more, while also discovering interesting facts about their origins and cultural significance.

With this perspective in mind, we at Cottons celebrated FRUITS WEEK this month from February 19th, 2024 to February 23rd, 2024. It was a wonderful opportunity to impart the importance and benefits of eating fruits deeply into the hearts of our little ones. Children participated, grasped the concepts, and cheerfully enjoyed those days. It was indeed an overwhelming and remarkable time, where they not only learned but also experienced the different smells, tastes, and values of various fruits.

Overall, the Fruits Week celebration at Cottons was not only a fun-filled event but also a valuable learning experience that inspired students to make healthier choices and appreciate the goodness of nature's bounty. It served as a reminder that by embracing fruits, we not only nourish our bodies but also nurture a healthier and more sustainable future for generations to come.
