A counselling session on “Master Your Mind: Self-Discipline, Time Management & Academic Success” was conducted on 7th August 2026 at the Mini Auditorium for students of Class X – Sections A, B, D and I.
The session focused on developing self-discipline, effective time management and a positive mindset for academic success. Through practical examples, sports analogies and real-life situations, students were encouraged to manage their thoughts, make wise choices, avoid procrastination and digital distractions, and develop consistent habits.
The session emphasised that success is built through discipline, perseverance and purposeful use of time. Students were encouraged to take responsibility for their daily choices and understand that consistent actions form the foundation of long-term academic achievement and personal growth.
The session was conducted by Mrs. Shalini Priya, Senior School Counsellor.
