5 th of February 2024 was no ordinary Monday........ at BCBS Kindergarten it was SPLISH SPLASH with Colours day!! Our little Cottonians walked in donning coloured clothes into the KG block decked up with a brilliant display of vibrant colours.
The day began with the teachers explaining to the children the myriad spectrum of colours surrounding us and their importance.
The Little artists were then led outdoors where they created their own masterpiece using various techniques such as Vegetables printing, Finger Dabbing, Bubble Wrap printing, Sponge Dabbing, Spray painting .... et al.
The Children of Lower Kindergarten together coloured the iconic wall of Humpy Dumpty while the children of Upper Kindergarten collectively built an Aquarium brimming with colourful fish. The engaging day culminated with a spectacular show by “The Colours Scientist” (Mrs. Rebbecca) who enthralled a curious audience with her experiments using primary and secondary colours.
To encapsulate it the children were soaked in the SPLISH and SPLASH of colours and carried home colourful stories.
Yet another colourful memory created by the Kindergarten.
