The second semi-final of the tournament took place this afternoon between Bishop Cotton School, Shimla and Bishop Cotton Boys’ School, Bengaluru.
Bishop Cotton School, Shimla won the toss and elected to bat first. They posted a competitive total of 197 runs for the loss of just two wickets in their allotted 20 overs.
In response, Bishop Cotton Boys’ School, Bengaluru chased down the target in commanding fashion, reaching 198 without loss in just 15 overs. Openers Abhinav and Sameer put on a scintillating display of batting, with Abhinav remaining unbeaten on 115 and Sameer on 75.
With this emphatic win, Bishop Cotton Boys’ School, Bengaluru advances to the final, where they will face Vasant Valley School, New Delhi, who secured their place in the final after defeating La Martiniere College, Lucknow.
