Bishop Cotton Boys’ School participated in the prestigious Mindbender National Inter-School Quiz Competition organized by NMIMS, Hyderabad, which drew over 1,000 students from across the country.
The Cottonian delegation advanced confidently through the preliminary stages, with both teams qualifying for the semi-finals and later competing in the grand finale against the nation’s best. After two hours of intense quizzing, the team comprising Divyesh Sarawgi, Kishan Menon, Sri Harsha Chakali, and Harsh Mageshkumar emerged Champions, securing First Place and a cash prize of ₹30,000.
The second team — Manav Desai, Aaryan Singh Bhoi, Namedonhi Lyngdoh, and Sakshat Rawal — also put up a commendable performance, narrowly missing a podium finish.
The teams were expertly mentored and accompanied by Mrs. Sowmya Sahriday, to whom the school extends its gratitude.
