As part of Bishop Cotton Boys’ School’s commitment to nurturing responsible, compassionate, and well-rounded individuals, a Life Skill Session on Peer Relationships, Restroom Etiquette, and Bullying was conducted for the students of Junior II (Standards IV and V) on 5th and 6th August 2026. The session was facilitated by the School Counsellors, Mrs. Jerome and Mrs. Maithri.
The interactive session focused on fostering healthy peer relationships, promoting appropriate restroom etiquette, encouraging respectful communication, and creating awareness about recognising, preventing, and responding to bullying. Through engaging discussions, role-plays, and collaborative activities, students explored the values of empathy, kindness, personal responsibility, and mutual respect.
The enthusiastic participation of the students reflected their keen interest in the topics discussed. The session provided a safe and supportive environment for meaningful conversations, equipping the boys with practical life skills that will help them make thoughtful decisions and build positive relationships both within and beyond the classroom.
Such initiatives reinforce the School’s dedication to the holistic development of every Cottonian, empowering them to become confident, respectful, and socially responsible individuals.
