The students and staff of standard 2- began the day with the prayer and brief instructions given by our principal and coordinators for the class picnic at Gold Coins Resort, Electronics City Phase II on Friday 13th February, 2024.The students and staff of standard 2- began the day with the prayer and brief instructions given by our principal and coordinators for the class picnic at Gold Coins Resort, Electronics City Phase II on Friday 13th February, 2024.
Indeed, it was an exciting and fun-filled day, where children enjoyed themselves and had a wonderful time out. The resort was spacious enough to accommodate 349 students and 21 staff members. On arrival to the resort they were served with breakfast who were accompanied by the teachers.
After breakfast the children played games which were organized and conducted by a team of volunteers of Crazy Holidays. The children were thrilled and had a delightful time in the playpen. The teachers also accompanied the children with their respective classes and played games with them.
Later the children were taken for the rain dance, section wise. They danced to the rhythm of the music and enjoyed thoroughly.
The Children were served with lunch after the rain dance. Later we had outdoor activities encouraging the children to sing, to dance and to showcase their talents for which prizes were distributed by the organizers. The teachers were also encouraged to do a ramp walk and to play games. A small snack was given to the children while leaving the resort to enjoy their journey back to school.
