The table tennis team of Bishop Cotton Boys’ School delivered an impressive performance at the DPS Whitefield Inter-School Table Tennis Tournament 2026, held on 2nd July 2026, bringing laurels to the school through outstanding individual achievements.
In the Below Grade 8 Boys’ category, Jinay T. Tilawat displayed exceptional skill, determination and consistency to emerge as the Champion, securing First Place. Adding to the school’s success, Jonathan Swami Dass put up a commendable performance to finish in Third Place, showcasing the depth of talent within the Cottonian table tennis squad.
The celebrations were further enhanced when the school’s Table Tennis Coach, Mr. Prabhu, was honoured with the prestigious Best Coach Award by the tournament organisers in recognition of his dedicated coaching. The school also expresses its heartfelt gratitude to the Head of the Sports Department, Mr. Devaraj D., for his constant encouragement and support.
