The Middle School Inter-House Spelling Bee Competition for the academic year 2025–2026 was held on 16 January 2026 for students of Standards VI to VIII. The event was ably led by Mrs. Jennita Anandan, who served as the Pronouncer, and featured engaging and thoughtfully designed rounds such as Campus Conquest, The Living Lab, Roots of Language, and Spelling in Silence.
Pettigrew House emerged as the winners of the competition, with Pope House and Thomas House securing second place. Pakenham Walsh House finished in fourth position, while Elphick House placed fifth.
The competition successfully fostered linguistic excellence, healthy competition, and enthusiasm for co-curricular learning among the students.
The school extends its sincere appreciation to the coordinators and the English Department for their efficient organisation and for ensuring the smooth and successful conduct of the event.
