Christ Junior College, Kengeri Campus | July 23–24, 2025
Anvesha 2025, the annual Science, Cultural, and Sports Fest hosted by Christ Junior College, Kengeri Campus, witnessed enthusiastic participation from our students across multiple disciplines. The event was a celebration of youthful energy, talent, and competitive spirit.
Tug of War – 1st Place
Our 12-member team emerged victorious, overpowering the competition with sheer strength, teamwork, and determination. Their impressive performance won them a cash prize of ₹10,000, marking a proud moment for the school.
Basketball – Runners-up
In one of the most thrilling matches of the tournament, our team (Grades IX–XII) erased a 16-point deficit in the final four minutes to secure a 45–41 win in overtime during the semi-finals. They went on to claim second place and a cash prize of ₹5,000.
Table Tennis – 2nd Place
Demonstrating precision and consistency, our table tennis team earned a well-deserved second place, along with a cash prize of ₹5,000.
Football – Semi-finalists
Our football squad, comprising students from Grades IX to XII, showcased excellent coordination and spirit, making it to the semi-finals with a strong and confident performance.
Science Exhibition – Greenovate
The science team impressed judges with their innovative project on renewable energy, securing a top four finish in the exhibition category.
Music – 4th Place
With a heartfelt rendition of “We Are Young”, the music team struck a chord with the audience and judges, earning 4th place in a competitive field.
Group Dance Participation
The school boarders’ dance team also participated in the Group Dance event, adding to the vibrancy and cultural flair of our contingent.
Anvesha 2025 was a memorable and enriching experience for all our participants. The confidence, creativity, and sportsmanship on display reflected the values we hold dear.
