Introducing our little champ, Parinay A. Currently, he is in 3rd grade at Bishop Cotton Boys School, Bangalore. Parinay is brilliant in academics and equally brilliant in extracurricular activities. Some of his hobbies include playing chess and strategic board games. He has brilliant taste in music and is also an excellent singer. He actively participates in various sports activities and enjoys swimming and playing tennis. Parinay developed his interest in learning different languages and has a good grip on Spanish.Coding is one of the recent addition to Parinay's learnings array. A young, inquisitive mind who doesn't allow himself to be limited to any status quo.

Bishop Cotton Boys Shine In IVY league Contest

The team from Bishop Cotton Boys’ School was adjudged the ‘Best Delegation’ in the Ivy League Model United Nations Conference which was held at New Delhi.
The students were a part of the following committees and won from class 11 were Udit Srivastava (Best Delegate in the Disarmament and International Security Committee); Sajeev Srivatsava, (Best Delegate in the Historic Human Rights Council); Sachit Ram (Best Delegate in the Special Political and Decolonization Committee); Ayman Hashmi, (Best Delegate in the Syrian and Constellis Council of 2020); Abhinav Dutt (Honorable Mention in the United Nations Security Council); Srinthan Hampi (Verbal Commendation in the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime); Suhas Krishnamoorthy (Verbal Commendation in the Reconstructing Russia Council); Ronith Evander (the Legal Committee) and Mihir Nenawath, (member of the International Press).
Bishop Cotton prevail over St Joseph's to claim crown
Project Description
Opting to bat first after winning the toss in the day-night encounter, Bishop Cotton made 133/6 in their alloted quota of 20 overs. The total wasn’t a huge one and St Joseph’s made a serious bid to go for the runs. However, they lost wickets at regular intervals and only Dev Dutt BP, who made a significant conribution of 66 runs, occupied the crease for any length of time. Still, they came close to overhauling the target, falling short narrowly in the end, leaving Cottons victors.
150 years of service to education

It began in 1865 as a school within the confines of a small house in High Grounds with an aim to educate European and Eurasian children with limited resources. As the years rolled by, it turned out illustrious students such as former Infosys co-founder Nandan Nilekani and ex-Home Secretary G.K. Pillai. The Bishop Cotton School is now firmly entrenched as a Bangalore landmark.
BFC Inter-School Soccer Shield: Bishop Cotton keep hopes alive

Bishop Cotton Boys’ School scored 21 goals in two wins to keep their hopes of a knockout berth alive on the seventh day of the Boost BFC Inter-School Soccer Shield 2019 at the Bangalore Football Stadium on Monday.
The Cottonians began the day with a massive 16-0 win over Iqra International School. Udith scored six goals, while Fayaz chipped in with four as they logged the biggest win in the category, eclipsing DPS North’s 15-0 win on Sunday.

As many as 539 students, including 362 students from class 10 and 177 students from class 12, were part of the three-hour-long event. The theme for the graduation was ‘On the Wings of Change’.

Malem, who fired three goals in Cottonians’ semifinal victory, turned out to be the hero once again, sounding the board in the 14th and 53rd minutes in a floodlit final at the KSHA stadium.For his strong show throughout the tournament, Malem was adjudged the player of the tournament. Cottonians did take some time to settle in after which they completely dominated their oponents who looked disoriented.
The winners take it all

A group of 13 delegates from Bishop Cotton Boys’ School came back victorious after winning the ‘Best Large Delegation’ award at this year’s edition of Harvard Model United Nations. The four-day conference took place in Hyderabad with over 1,500 delegates from 15 countries, representing over 100 schools. Harvard University assigned the students the country they would be representing ahead of time, and gave them three months to prepare. The students of Bishop Cotton Boys’ School were representing Russia and they were well-versed in the on-goings of the Soviet super bloc. Each of the 13 delegates represented a different committee throughout the four day event.
